Who we are is people who decided that if we set out to make the best smoked products around - we could do it.  Its as straight forward as that.  We experimented, we took advice, we listened to what people wanted.  We thought about it and we came up with a sausage that is 100% beef and pork with no

additives - in real life this means that we use only the best, the best meats, the best spices - no filler - no filler. We think that bears repeating.  No filler! Not now...not ever.

Ronnie, the cook...and Ron the owner/mixer/seller/the man, have worked together putting this most excellent product out there for people to purchase, enjoy and buy for their friends (who they want to have the good stuff).

It's the peppers, the spices and the energy of friendships & laughter that drive us.
