#1.We take the best meats and cheeses that we can find, good Nebraska products fit the bill 100%.  Our meats come from an old fashioned (should be famous) butcher shop run by the

grandson of the founder, Mark Hehnke. Our cheeses come from Jisa's Farmstead Cheese, a small hands on operation that started with the current operators parents as a dairy.  We looked long and hard for these ingredients and we are proud of their quality and their histories.

We take quality spices, peppers, and then do this tremendous magic act where we combine what we know are the best ingredients and then we smoke these goods - real smoke - in a real smoker. We bring you smoked meats and cheeses from the best vendors we could find - bringing you our very best!
